Chambray & Florals

Following the chambray and floral trend, I’ve paired a high waist flounce skirt with a chambray button up! Check out this comfy casual look for inspiration in your own wardrobe this Spring!

DPT:

(Dress Presh Tip)

Classic Piece: Chambray

Trend: Bold Florals

I love a good chambray, and this button up darling is perfect for work and easy to dress down for casual wear!

DPT: When shopping for that perfect button down fit, select a slightly more fitted size than usual if you plan to wear it under sweaters or a sheer blouse, otherwise it can create an unwanted bulge in an unflattering fit!

Step your outfit up a notch with a bright pop of floral in your accessories like a fun tasseled scarf or decorative pumps! (Fresh pedi in Spring coral-red is a fun must! <3)

I incorporated many shades of blue and coral-red into my outfit! This is a creative way of coordinating your outfit without the ever-predictable matchy-matchy look.

DPT: Don’t be afraid to mix patterns! Keep the look fresh and put together with this daisy embellishment skirt, and bold floral scarf! Floral on floral without overdoing the print! Styling an outfit piece with embellishment, and a piece with printed pattern is an easy way to ‘mix prints’ without having too much going on in your outfit.

A low wedge sandal is a must-have piece for all women! (even sky-high heel wearers like myself) They are crazy comfy with enough style to wear to brunch with the parents, and casual enough to walk through the grass on the playground with the kids (or with the husband in my case 😉
